The Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors posts information pulled from the MLS each month to show the home sales and listings in all areas of the Twin Cities.  For Rockford home sales as of April 2010 here is what MAR says:

• New listings are up from 2009 by 15.8%
• Closed sales are up 56.6% from 2009
• Average sale price is down 16.6% from 2009
• It takes 64.7% longer to sell a home in Rockford compared to 2009
