The Rockford Branch of Great River Regional Library will celebrate 20 years of library services on Tuesday, November 17 from 2-8 pm. Face painting and
balloon sculptures will be from 3:30-6:30, family story time “Compliments to the Cook!” 6:30-7:15, beverages, snacks and activities all day. Patrons and visitors will see photos from the early days, read the history, and share their memories. Crafts, a chance to create your own story time with big books, pop-up books and puppets, and patron nominations and votes for best reads and must see movies to add to the Rockford permanent collection will be also be offered.
