Saturday, September 26th, 2009 the River Works 1st annual golf benefit will be held at Baker National Golf Course. River Works brings hope and a better quality of life to people who lack economic and social resources in our community.
Please bring a non-perishable / canned food item to help start the food shelf. Registration & lunch is at 11:30 a.m. & the Driving Range and Putting Green will be open (not as though “you” need the practice though:-)) The fees are $115 per golfer or $400 for a foursome. The fee includes 18 holes of Golf, cart & a bucket of range balls. You will also enjoy a box lunch and a 3 course dinner with a brief program and auctions.
If you can not come for the day feel free to come at 6:00 for appetizers and dinner along with the auction for $20.00.
For more information or to register contact Denise Kesanen – Executive Director at dbkesanen@gmail.com or go to www.RiverWorksonline.org today. Keep in mind the deadline to sign up is September 21st so hurry as space is limited. This is a great way to support local charity and spend a day golfing and enjoying the outdoors.
