Pilates Jump Start Program – 3x a week/10 weeks = New You!
I developed the 30 day program to show people how Pilates can change their weight (combined with cardio), strength, flexibility, balance and posture.
The first session is a fitness assessment with me. In this initial meeting, we will go over medical history, look at your posture and take measurements. Strength, flexibility and balance tests are administered.
During the 1stweek, participants receive 3 hours of private sessions with me to familiarize them with the Pilates principles, the exercises and how to use the Pilates equipment. The following weeks are spent taking a combination of the following: private lessons, group equipment and group mat classes. During this time participants chart their activities and keep a food journal. At the end of the program, a second assessment is given.
