November / Thanksgiving Market Update

Currently Rockford has 18 single family homes for sale ranging from $74,900 to $415,000 and 17 Town-Homes ranging from $159,000 to $199,900.  As of today there are 8 parcels of land for sale in Rockford from a lot at $29,900 to 80 acres for $999,900.

So far in November 8 Rockford properties have sold.  The eight properties consisted of 4 foreclosures, 1 new construction in Hurst Woods, 1 Town-Home and 2 traditional sales.  The sold properties ranged from $69,900 to $289,900 with the average in the low / mid $100′s.
